• Assist GP on administration, coordination, and information maintenance activities (e.g., update/maintain data in system, bookings, small project coordination, open PO closure, and expense declaration)
• The role is part of the myBUY/POC team and communicates with procurement teams and users in markets to ensure the relevance of the data to identify improvement opportunities and driving efficiency
• The role will provide tracking and deliver on agreed reports
• Assist GP on spot buy activities if needed
• Other tasks assigned.
