Legal Intern

About the role

Legal Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal Team facilitating contract execution, providing contract management support and other legal related work. 

What will I be accountable for?

• Facilitating contract execution –contracts filing.

• Data entry of certain aspects of the contracts into supporting systems.

• Communication and maintenance of the status of progress of contracts through the operational process.

• Contract collection and despatch.

• Maintenance of filing system for contracts.

• Assist in the drafting, review, preparation and translation of contracts or legal documents.

• Other legal and/or contracts related work.

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

• Good knowledge and understanding of contract execution and contract management processes. Takes responsibility for their own workload with ability to prioritise appropriately.

• Good understanding of how the contract management role contributes to the work of the company.

• Adds value through the quality, accuracy and timeliness of the task or service.

•Working with attention to details and in a proactive way.

• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.

• Be able to attend at least 3 full day a week.

• Bachelor or above student, major in Law is preferred.
