Job Summary This position will be involved in various R&D projects in the field of Data Science & AI and will contribute to the digitalization of Saint-Gobain R&D and Operation sites. 1. Design and develop Digital and AI solutions, Machine Learning / Deep Learning methods to be applied for product / material design and other R&D activities 2. Support of business / plants for transfer and success of Smart Manufacturing solutions, including sensor solutions, traceability, optimization 3. Develop tailored yet replicable, and data-driven solutions for Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain for various businesses and countries Principal Accountabilities (% of time, Responsibility) 1. (5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program' 2. (35%) Develop and deploy Predictive and Generative AI models tailored to business use cases. Apply data science and AI to enhance R&D activities, including but not limited to: accelerating product design cycles, optimizing manufacturing processes and material discovery, and elevating customer service through intelligent solutions. 3. (25%) Design and implement AI-driven solutions for Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain, application areas include marketing automation, optimizing logistics and inventory management, and enabling customer segmentation and targeting. 4. (20%) Collaborate with Front-end developers and domain experts to design and develop user-centric applications powered by data models. Translate AI model outputs into actionable insights and tools, accelerating R&D digital transformation initiatives. 5. (10%) Proactively research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies in the AI landscape, such as AI agents, Digital Twins, Knowledge Graphs, and LLMs. 6.
