RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provide IT daily support for 50 users in Shanghai office

·         Install and maintain laptop, desktop, printer, scanner and other IT devices

·         Help user setup video and tele-conference meeting

·         Resolve software, hardware and operating system issue from end users

·         Complete other tasks assigned by IT team

REQUIREMENT

·         Bachelor degree, Major of Computer Science and technology or related field

·         General knowledge of Network / Windows / MacOS / Android

·         General knowledge of office and other common tools

·         Good communication skill

·         Read and write English skill

·         Good attitude and team worker

·         At least 4-5 working days a week
