Your tasks and responsibilities will include ?Industry mapping and research ?Source and meet Talents (i.e. Candidates) within your area of specialisation ?Face to face interview with Talents together with Senior Consultants ?Identify and eventually assist in approaching companies with Senior Consultants ?Possibly meeting with some prospects and clients ?Assessment and selection, Talents report together with Senior Consultants ?Ad-hoc projects pertaining to the growth of the company in China Who are we looking for?
