Represent the quality direction of the entity in regards to the
treatment of customer complaints and of non-codified nonconformities.
- Analyze the merits of anomalies quality raw materials from the reception and control the implementation of the product, if necessary by applying appropriate methodological tools.
- A detailed response with the appropriate level of responsiveness is made to the issuer of any discrepancies quality raw material.
