Principal Accountabilities:
1. Represent the quality direction of the entity in regards to the treatment of customer complaints and of non-codified nonconformities.
2. Analyze anomalies quality of raw materials, provide internal actions to conduct, evaluate the actions of the provider and carry out the monitoring of these actions until the conclusion of the case in accordance with the procedures and instructions.- Analyze the merits of anomalies quality raw materials from the reception and control the implementation of the product, if necessary by applying appropriate methodological tools.
- A detailed response with the appropriate level of responsiveness is made to the issuer of any discrepancies quality raw material.
-Identify causes of anomalies quality raw materials. Define & implement corrective actions and demonstrate their effectiveness.
- Capitalize on knowledge products and suppliers relating toquality defects in the tools.
