Job Responsibilities:

·         Legal research on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, including telephone consultation with government authorities

·         Translation of legal documents into English or Chinese

·         Research on potential target companies and strategic partners

·         Preparation of presentation materials;

·         Document filing and maintenance;

·         General administrative support.

Job Requirements:

·         Law school students;

·         International law major preferred;

·         Fluent in written and spoken English and passed CET-6 or above

·         Candidates with legal translation experience preferred

·         Candidates with Working experience at law firms or foreign invested companies preferred

·         Good communication and coordination skills

·         Detail-oriented and well organized
