【工作内容\ Key Accountabilities】

1.Responsible to supervise and handle facility utility operations and maintenance, to improve preventive maintenance procedure.

2.Supervise utility system operation and maintenance includes HV & LV electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, fire protection system, cool water system etc. related to utilities.

3.Verify and Update utility equipment data base. Collect and set up test equipment database and track the PM.

4.Prepare technical document and update CTC drawing.

5.Support GSSF 19.0 and 9.0 (Global Star Safety Framework) implementation in Facility and new Tester. And track the 9.0 completion status.

6.Support Lab construction project management and new tester hook-up.

7.Complete assignment as require.

【任职要求\ Requirements】

1.Bachelor or above, Major of machinery, Automation, Electrical engineering.

2.Good team work spirit and work initiative.

3.Self-motivated and work independently.

4.Safety/Environment engineering background.

5.Office, AutoCAD, Project, Revit.
