Position：HR Intern

Onboarding date：ASAP

Location: 上海市静安区共和路209号企业中心2座21楼

Salary：RMB 22/h

Working hour：9am to 6pm (including 1 hour for lunch), 8 working hours

Job Description:

·  Responsible for intern recruitment, including Job Ad posting, CV Screening, Interview and coordination

·  Monitor Job advertisement on job boards, maintain DCL talent pool

·  Take care of intern end to end life cycle process from onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll calculation, internship period tracking till exit.

·  Update employee information database

·  Support to submit fixed monthly purchase orders from vendors

·  Translate documents

·  Other time to time assigned project

Qualification:

· Undergraduate and postgraduate students. Prefer college junior student

· At least 3 days a week, last for 3 months, over 6 months is preferred

· Proactive, a quick learner with strong sense of responsibility

· Fluent in oral English, written capability is a must.

· Good at Microsoft office software, especially in Excel
