Job Responsibility:
Handle general HR inquiries (policy/process/How Do I) Assist Customer with system navigation
Initiate, assign, track escalated cases
Initiate/approve basic employee Data Changes
View/update personal files
Submit request to manager
Operational support: records management, reporting
Requirement:
- 2018 graduate student, bachelor degree or above - Proactively and willing to learn, good teamwork player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
