主要职责： 1. 支持研发团队探究微球材料在减震胶带中作用的工作； 2. 根据项目要求制定实验方案，完成实验室样品的制备与测试； 3. 收集并整理实验数据，分析实验结果，撰写实验报告。 任职资格： 1. 应用化学，化学，高分子等相关专业硕士在读； 2. 具备基本的实验操作能力，了解常用实验仪器和测试方法； 3. 良好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用Excel等办公软件； 4. 具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，善于沟通与团队协作； 5. 责任心强，工作细致认真，有创新意识； 6. 英语可以作为工作语言。 Major Responsibility: 1. Support the R&D team in exploring the role of microsphere materials in shock-absorbing tapes. 2. Develop experimental plans according to project requirements, and complete the preparation and testing of laboratory samples. 3. Collect and organize experimental data, analyze experimental results, and write experimental reports. Screening and testing of raw materials for synergistic flame-retardant system. Job Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Polysemes or related fields. 2. Possess basic experimental operation skills and understand commonly used laboratory instruments and testing methods. 3. Good data analysis skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel. 4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, good at communication and teamwork. 5. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and careful in work, with an innovative mindset. 6. Proficient in English.
