岗位职责：

Job Requirements

- 收集市场资料，协助商业项目市场调研和分析研究工作；

-Collecting market data and assisting in market research and analysis of commercial projects.

- 协助商业房地产项目的前期市场定位、商业功能规划、产品定位等工作；

- Assisting in initial market positioning, commercial function planning and product positioning of commercial real estate projects  

- 商业项目的品牌沟通联系工作；

- Brand communication and linkage work of Commercial Projects

- 拜访各大品牌资源，积累并维护客户资源；

- Visiting major brand resources, accumulating and maintaining customer resources

- 助协项目团队为客户提供商业地产顾问服务。

-Assisting project teams to provide clients with commercial real estate consultancy services.

任职要求：

Job Requirements

- 本科以上学历，不限专业，有海外求学或工作经验者优先；

- Master degree or above, no special majors are required. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

- 英语6级以上；

-CET6 or above

- 表达及沟通能力强；

-Having a strong communicative skill

- 善于与人沟通，富有工作激情、能吃苦耐劳，工作踏实专一，意志坚定。

- Being good at communicating with people, full of passion, hard-working, dedicated to work, and firmly willful.
