1.接听电话并接待来公司的客人

4.管理、维护和评估行政相关的各类供应商,如文具供应商、办公室设备供应商、票务中介、设备维护服务公司、绿化服务、汽车租赁、快递公司等。
Manage and evaluate administration suppliers, such as stationery, furniture, travel agent, facility maintenance, office consumes, greenery, car rental, delivering company, etc. .
5.负责分配并协调行政前台的工作。
Be responsible for assigning and examining work for admin assistant.
6.完成领导指派的其它任务。
