Technical Support Intern, shanghai

Responsibility:

·         Provide technical support to resellers给SOLIDWORKS代理商提供基本的技术支持工作

·         SOLIDWORKS Knowledge Base repository and translation verification撰写知识库的内容给代理商和客户提供参考

·         Project Translation verification一些技术文档的翻译工作

·         PPT preparation for hot issues which VARs are asking a lot recently撰写PPT,常出现问题的总结汇总

·         Testing environment maintain参与项目和协调,维护测试环境

·         Assistant engineers to solve issues辅助工程师的日常技术工作

·         Coordinate event like VAR workshop meeting and Beta testing of End customers. 参与和组织代理商活动，例如VAR的workshop 和客户的Beta测试等

REQUIREMENTS:   (机械行业优先，非机械也考虑)

·         Strong written communication skills in English, and Chinese

·         With experience of using SOLIDOWRKS or relevant Software like UG, Pro/E.

·         Detail Orientated and ability to work independently or in team environment

·         Postgraduate or university student, who can work in office at least 3 days each week

·         Fluency with Korean language is highly preferred ( if possible)

·         Major: Mechanical Design or relevant

·         Period: 2- 3 months.

-          Option one :beginning of April to end of July ( ideally)

-          Option two: beginning July to end of August
