We are now looking for an ambitious R&D Open Innovation Business Development to join our growing startup team in Shanghai. The role starts as an Intern, but we are looking to transition interns into full time opportunities after 2 to 3 months based on performance.

Core Responsibilities

Work with the Open Innovation Manager in Pakistan to market the combined R&D capabilities of various labs in Pakistan, including Xavor Lab with the objective of:

1) Promoting advanced R&D service capabilities to R&D Labs and Large Enterprises in China (list of advanced services and skill profiles in process)； 

2) Find suitable manufacturing/investment partners for various prototypes that the R&D Labs have already produced and are ready for refinement and commercialization (list of these completed prototypes are in process).

Key Requirements

· Need to have the necessary innovative thinking like for start-ups, be able to independently lead the companies R&D promotion activities according to the companies development goals and vision

· Ability to work independently

· Good project management skill

· Proactive attitude

· Experience with smart technology/Innovation industry is highly preferred

· High degree of fluency in spoken and written English

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong personality, results-driven, hardworking, attention to details, hands-on working style, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline;

· Mature personality, eager to learn, adapt to change, creative and self-motivator

· Highly organized and detail oriented
