Job Description:

1.     To ensure programs FEA activities are completed within program defined target date.

2.     To make sure that FEA models are checked according to procedure and in compliance with the company and/or customer required quality standards.

3.     Be capable of resolving technical issues independently using own technical background and/or retrieving, organizing and selecting the resources and tools necessary to solve the problem.

4.     Be open & pro-actively to communicate with Cross Functional Team / Functional Leader / Manager on getting sufficient support of any FEA works and problem resolving within target time frame.

5.     To keep close watching on physical test setups / results to assure that FEA models are representative of the physical models and test results that have to be correlated.

6.     Be capable of preparing FEA report and analysis for each component and system level potential failure.

7.     To assist Functional Leader / Manager on program documents being timely archived within system according to Global Procedure.

Be personally open minded and able to work under pressure.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mathematic Topology / CAE Calculation Methodology etc. and above.

- Good communication skills and team work.

- Familiar with overall automotive development procedure.

- Knowledge of linear & non-linear structural static & dynamic analysis. Knowledge of NVH and Fatigue simulation will be plus.

- Experienced with simulation software, such as: Hyperworks, LS-Dyna is MUST. Knowledge of Radios, Nastran, ABaqus etc. will be plus.

- Good summary/data analysis skill.

- Acceptable English skills, both written and spoken.

- Experienced using Linux and shell scripts will be a plus.
