Key Responsibilities

Material Management

Sort the MSDS files on share point

Document filings

KPI report downloading and reviewing

Fill in metrics file

Indirect Procurement

Working as a focol point for each dept getting VSF approval from BU procurement Head

Support data collection and analysis for CPS SH & Singapore in terms of Indirect& Packaging

Support contract filling and other documentation.

Support CAD Audit

Education background / Major

Bachelor degree, supply chain/ business administration/finance background will be preferred

English Skill

Good in Oral and Written

Computer Skill

Good in Excel&PPT

Days per week

at least 3 days/week
