The Innovation Think Tank at Siemens Healthineers was established by the need for interdisciplinary, self-sustaining infrastructures that are accessible to an entire location and company. With 11 innovation labs across Germany, China, India, Turkey, the United States, and the United Kingdom, ITT is now covering projects from 19 Siemens locations.

Your tasks include working on various questions on concepts and improvements in medical technology and their supporting infrastructures

Fields of working can be: product design, rapid prototyping, testing etc.

This position may suit you best, if you are interested in solving real problems in the field of medical technology.

You are studying in the field of computer science, software engineering, AI engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering etc.

You have knowledge in QT(C++), deep learning(python), embedded software/hardware

You have project experience in engineering, product design, etc.

You are interested in working on a variety of different interdisciplinary projects

You have proper English skills

You are open to new ideas and are interested in working independently as well as working in a team

4.申请者必须是学校注册学生（本科、硕士等）; 必须保证想法的独创性与创新性; 保证不会向第三方提供自己的想法

5. 实习期为4至6个月

6. 加分项：你需要根据我们提供的方向，提供医学工程方面的1-3个设想。先申请者将优先得到评估、面试的机会。

【背景介绍】

我们每个人都需要在某些时刻得到医疗服务。至2025年，世界人口人均寿命将从1950年的46岁提高到72岁，人口数目将从现在的70亿增长到80亿。其中95%%%%%%%%的新增人口来自发展中国家。至2030年，65岁以上人口数量将翻倍，从7%%%%%%%%增加至12%%%%%%%%。慢性病患者（如糖尿病、慢性心脏病、中风等）的指数增长速度给世界医疗体系带来巨大压力。因此我们有必要思考并寻找帮助人类的方法。
