Job Objective:

Technical solution to customers and plant production support

1/ Reinforcement of market supports  Technical supports to sales in reinforcement market China by providing R&D solution  Strengthen technical connection with customers

2/ Linyi project industrialization  Strictly follow process and industrial plans  Strictly follow yield and quality of LNY production and build action plans  Strongly bridge communication among R&D, Industrial and production

3/ Linyi plant support  Build solid technical connection with LNY production team  Support Industrial implementation  Support production team to improve efficiency

Job Requirements: - Master degree and above, majoring in inorganic Materials. PhD preferred. - Industrial collaboration and mass production experience preferred - Excellent English and presentation skills - Thoughtful and systematic - Open and flexible minded, initiative, efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.
