Purpose of Job工作目的 

This internship position develops an EMP (Environment monitoring program) Specialist for the Food Science Center. The qualified person will facilitate the setup and implementation of solutions for the food industry regarding environmental monitoring programs. Upon completion of the internship, the qualified person will be considered for a full-time appointment.

Job Responsibilities工作职责

1. Facilitate on site microbial risk assessment and EMP audit

协助现场微生物风险评估及EMP审核

2. Perform on site sampling in food processing facilities as needed

执行食品加工工厂现场采样任务

3. Facilitate investigation and trouble shooting in EMP projects 

协助进行EMP调查

4. Facilitate EMP training workshops

协助进行EMP培训

5. Perform other duties as needed for EMP projects

执行EMP相关的其他任务

Qualifications任职资格 

Education 教育背景

College education and above in food science and biology related majors

大学以上学历，食品科学，生物相关专业

Skills & Abilities 技能和素质

1. Honest and accountable

2. Basic knowledge in food microbiology and food processing

具备基本的食品微生物及食品加工相关知识

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills

良好的口头及书面沟通技能

4. Excellent organization skills

良好的组织和计划能力

5. Excellent computer skills; IT related experiences preferred

良好的日常计算机技能，有IT相关技能者优先考虑

6. Hard working and willing to travel

吃苦耐劳，不介意经常出差
