Job Title: CHT | Culture & Communication Intern Division/Department: Human Resources Department Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: 1. Support internal publication: creating content for newsletters; press releases and employee interviews; posting announcements; maintaining the internet. 2. Support and coordinate company events, e.g. Family Day, Managerial meetings and team buildings 3. Support the design and implementation of communication and employer branding campaigns 4. Translation between English/German and Chinese. Our Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in Human Resources, International Communication, Journalism, Advertisement, Graphic Design or a related field 2. Fluent in spoken and written German and/or English 3. Strong computer skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) 4. Good presentation and communication skills 5. Patient, careful and responsible 6. Good skills to solve problems, strong personal initiative and motivation 7. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation 8.
