1.  Define equipment necessary to execute internal video program, including video camera, microphones, video editing software, recording booth, etc.  Equipment must be easy to use so all can participate in such a program. 2.  Help acquire equipment with support of purchasing 3.  Help define first programs to produce. 4.  Engage in training of video shooting and editing first segments.
