Key Responsibilities
• Desktop research: Conduct structured searches across public sources to identify and track oncology assets, mechanisms, targets, and development strategies
• Literature review: Perform deep-dive reviews on oncology biology, therapeutic modalities, biomarkers, and clinical data; summarize key findings clearly for internal stakeholders
• Analysis support: Contribute to competitor and pipeline benchmarking (e.g., differentiation, trial design, endpoints, patient population, combination strategies), and support development of internal competitive readouts and slides
• Insight packaging & communication: Translate complex scientific and clinical information into concise briefs, tables, and presentations with clear logic, citations, and implications
• Project and team support: Assist with meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking, and coordination of inputs across stakeholders for ongoing research or project workstreams
Requirements
• Education: Preferred PhD candidate or PhD in biopharma, life sciences, oncology, pharmacology, immunology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or related healthcare sciences (strong Master’s candidates with relevant experience may also be considered)
• Exposure to competitive intelligence, strategy, consulting, venture/BD, or pipeline/asset evaluation
• Familiar with clinical development phases, translational medicine concepts, or biomarker-driven oncology
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
