Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）                      

1/( 5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。                       

2/(60%) To support R&D projects by conducting accuracy and high efficiency tests under the guideline of the R&D engineer. （50%）在研发工程师的指导下，准确并高效的完成测试任务。                         

3/(15%) Be responsible for organizing and conducting the samples analysis under the enquiry and report the test data/result to the engineer for further analysis.                                                                                                                                                                  

负责组织和进行样品分析测试，并将实验数据和结果报告给研发工程师。                    

4/(20%) Support daily lab operation including equipment operating and maintenance, new test competence development, consumable materials purchasing, etc.. .

支持实验室的日常运行，包括实验设备操作和维护，新测试能力的开发，耗材采购等。

Job Requirements/ 岗位要求

1）Background:

Materials Science and Engineering/ 材料科学与工程,

Building Materials 建筑材料，

Inorganic materials 无机材料，

Civil Engineering 土木工程 .

2）College above degree . 大专及以上学历

3）Basic English in both written and spoken基本的英语听说读写能力

4）Open and flexible minded, initiative, efficiency, ability to become autonomous, curious.思路开阔灵活，有效率，有自制力。
