Objective of the Position / 岗位目标 To lead R&D projects and support others in their project work. To support the business with solving customer complaints and/or process problems. Principal Accountabilities/主要职责： 1/ (5%) Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. 2/ (70%) Undertake R&D projects for the Gypsum Activity in Asia. Follow agreed methodology based on Stage & Gate process. 3/ (25%) Undertake support actives (problem solving, material analysis, products defects solving) for the Gypsum Activity in Asia (mainly in China). Also develop appropriate methods and equipment’s. 任职条件/Qualification & Skills 1. Master Degree and Fresh PHD, major in Materials Physics and Chemistry，Materials chemistry, science and inorganic chemistry，etc. 2. At least 2 years working in an industrial R&D center on product development (cooperating with Marketing & Plant teams). 3. Effective communicator in English, both written and verbal. 4. Familiar with XRD, XRF, TGA, IC, PSD, UTS, optical microscope, and other gypsum or cement related devices 5. Familiar with Gypsum (or Cement, inorganic materials) industry (manufacturing and products). Experience with product development.
