The role will support Travel retail channel
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Admin
⚫ Data entry & maintaining of information to ensure data accuracy.
⚫ Tracking of Brand Ambassador’s database to ensure details are up to date.
⚫ Monthly tracking of sales orders and deliveries for all customers.
⚫ Ensure customer records are updated periodically.
⚫ Tracking of customer contracts to ensure no lapse in terms.
Business Analytics
⚫ Consolidating sales data from customers and maintaining data depository for the team.
⚫ Develop cross region reports and updating of monthly sales reports.
Planning
⚫ Prepare for price increase to customers and ensuring information is accurate.
⚫ Review allocation of products and track sell through performances.
⚫ Maintaining a regional promotion calendar to track activities and assisting the sales team to
ensure timely execution of promotions.
Logistics
⚫ Facilitate checks on Health Permit process for products.
⚫ Reviewing of PO from customer to check in pricing, quota and ETA.
⚫ Tracking of PO status from end to end.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
⚫ University Graduate, Engineering, Finance, Business or Economics background.
⚫ Work at least 4 days a week
⚫ Stable internship for at least 6 months
⚫ Proficient in using various office software, espe c ially EXC EL , WORD, PPT
⚫ Positive and strong learning ability
