The key challenge as supply chain function is to match the pace of business growth, we extend 

our network cross China and anticipate new technologies in the market to provide best-in-class

delivery service to our customers. We must make efficient stock utilization, keep driving 

operation excellence, and consistently exceed the expectation of our customers.

This position is to manage inventory planning for a variety of products, spare parts & 

accessories across our network;

He/she is responsible for stock availability in Dyson direct stores and satellite DCs and needs to 

drive stock balance between these footprints. Key challenge for this role is he/she needs to 

make a balance to always improve stock availability in parallel solving constraint caused by supply, 

unexpected demand and operation capability.

 As a result, we would expect he/she must have a good sense of numbers to develop him/herself 

with right analysis skill, and he/she also needs to have the capabilities to work with people from 

different functions - and sometimes with conflict needs.
