Main tasks:

1.    Work together with the content design team and subject matter experts from the VNI Central Engineering.

2.    Design eLearnings and video teasers to simplify complex technical methods and process in the area of VNI Central Engineering by using authoring tools for story line and graphical design like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, PowToon and Audacity.

3.    Support for web sessions and recording of instructor-led trainings.

4.    Add new ideas and learning methods for efficient training content from the didactical aspect and help with their implementation and integration into the training portfolio.

5.    Support our training team and trainer in operational tasks.

6.    Support VNI CE Operations team in design of management presentations and generating global reports.

Requirements:

1.     Student in the field of communication science, media science, educational science, IT or in a comparable field of study

2.     Safe handling of MS Office-programs

3.     Initial experience in digital content development, instructional design, educational knowledge, training creation/methods, concepts and tools, virtual classroom/webinar and eLearning concepts, tools / apps knowledge (Camtasia Studio, Adobe Captivate, PowToon and Instructional Design) would be desirable

4.     Creativity, very good communication skills, great sense of teamwork

5.    Good English language skills (spoken and written)

6.    Work in the office at least 3 days a week, and last for 6 months

1.      与VNI CE OP的网络教学视频制作团队共同负责VNI CE同事的视频制作需求

2.      网络教学视频的制作发布及推广

3.      远程线上培训的协助，如录音录屏等

4.      视频制作方式理念推陈出新，提高课件浏览量

5.      为VNI CE培训团队提供协助支持，如视频制作流程方式的介绍宣讲以及对外输出文档的模板设计

要求：

1.      在校本科生或研究生；通信，传媒，教育，IT相关专业；

2.      熟练使用微软办公软件，如PPT, Word, Excel, Teams, Skype，Outlook等；

3.      了解视频制作流程及方法，在网络课件设计，线上教学创新方式有丰富经验，熟练使用相关视频制作工具，如Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio, PowToon等；

4.      逻辑思维较强，具有创造力，沟通表达能力以及团队协作精神；

5.      较强的英语听、说、读、写能力；

6.      实习时间至少3天/每周，实习时长6个月。
