Consults with organization to provide specific knowledge and expertise related to an engineering or technical environment. 

Serves as subject matter expert to assess operations or current strategy, guide client decisions and make recommendations.

Assist in daily domestic operation business, routine polyethylene market analysis including supply demand outlook, pricing dynamic, microeconomic indicator analysis, etc. Charge in monthly earning/profitability analysis.
