Summary: Assisting Human Resources department in routine tasks and affairs
Responsibility
1. Support on daily HR operation not limited to monthly transaction, OT collection, organization update, certification issuing, translation.
2. Support on new employee onboard preparation, notification.
3. Support on intern selection, include resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate reception and interviewing.
4. Support on employee labor contract renew and probation review.
5. Support on employee document filing and management.
Qualification
1. Education /Certificate: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Working Experience: Quick learning skill, and eager to challenge and develop self under pressure; Independent thinking in work; Good communication.
3. Culture/Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English
