Responsibilities Assist in analysis and collection of market data, monitoring property market and maintaining the database on a regular basis; Conduct research for consultancy reports/presentations and assist in the production of such reports/presentations, including market research, report drafting, and financial modelling; Assist with investment consultancy projects; complete topic research projects as required by clients; Carry out other ad hoc assignments by direct supervisor.

Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree holder or above from a recognized university, preferably in real estate, urban planning or economics; Extensive knowledge and strong interests of China’s real estate market; Any experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory role will be highly preferable; Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills.
