职责描述:
1. Market & Competitor Research
• Conduct research on product categories, market trends, and customer applications in the power tools sector.
• Perform basic competitor analysis using standard frameworks.
2. Product Training Content Creation
• Research competitor training materials and industry practices.
• Support the development of training content in English to help internal and external stakeholders understand product features and usage.
3. User Research & Customer Pool Management
• Conduct customer surveys, phone interviews, and user pre-screening (users are native Chinese speakers).
• Collect, analyze, and summarize key insights into clear English reports.
• Support building and maintaining a reliable user research pool.
4. Video Content Support
• Coordinate with external agencies in Chinese regarding project progress and draft revisions.
• Review English video scripts and drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.
岗位要求:
Hard Skills
• Excellent in Mandarin Chinese and oral English.
• Basic understanding of market research or competitor analysis methods.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• Able to commit to 6 months (minimum 4 months).
