岗位职责： 1.Assist the team in conducting data analysis related to financial modules; 协助团队开展财务模块相关的数据分析工作； 2.Participate in the design and development of financial report visualizations, such as building dashboards using Power BI or Quick BI; 3.参与财务报表的可视化设计与开发，如构建Power BI或Quick BI仪表盘； Organize, process, and analyze financial data from various systems (e.g., ERP, expense reimbursement platforms); 整理、处理和分析来自不同系统（如ERP、报销平台等）的财务数据； 4.Complete other analysis-related or supporting tasks assigned by supervisors; 完成其他上级交办的分析类或支持性工作。 教育背景： 硕士在读，财务、统计、数据科学等相关专业 特定专业知识 1.Possess a solid foundation in finance, with a good understanding of common data structures and business logic in financial modules 具备扎实的财务基础，理解财务模块常见数据结构与业务逻辑 2.Demonstrate strong data analysis skills, with the ability to handle complex data, identify issues, and propose improvements; 具备良好的数据分析能力，能够处理复杂数据、发现问题并提出改进建议 3.Proficient in using at least one mainstream visualization tool, such as Power BI or Quick BI; 熟练使用至少一种主流可视化工具，如 Power BI、Quick BI等 4.Familiar with database operations (e.g., SQL queries); 熟悉数据库操作（如SQL查询）。
