- 协助部门进行招聘、培训相关工作的组织与安排;
-Assist the department to organize and arrange recruitment and training related work;
- 负责考勤系统工时维护、审核及工时相关报告的整理及制作;
-Responsible for working hours management, as well as working hours check and related reports;
- 负责员工入离职、劳动合同续签等手续办理;
-Responsible for the procedures for Co-workers entering and leaving, and labor contract renewal;
- 负责部门相关政策、通知的发布与沟通;
-Responsible for the publication and communication of department related policies and notices;
- 文档整理、翻译等文案工作;
-Document filing, translation and other related work;
- 参与公司层面员工活动的策划、执行及后期总结;
-Participate in the planning, execution and summary of company-level Co-worker activities;
- 行政管理(办公用品/访客接待/会议室管理)
Management of office administration (stationery / reception service / meeting room)
- 协助进行供应商管理(班车/餐厅/保洁)
Assist the vendor management (shuttle bus / canteen service / cleaning service)
Knowledge and Skill
- 英语、人力资源相关专业优先
English, human resources related majors preferred
- 熟练的英文读写能力
Proficiency in English reading and writing
- 可保证每周出勤至少3天
Attendance at least 3 days a week
