The Learning and Development department provides comprehensive programs for all professional staff with an aim of maintaining and building high quality service, also we strive for continuous improvement to provide our people world class learning experience.
This position in L&D we provide opportunities to the candidate to enhance their program management skill, interpersonal skill and training expertise skill. Candidate The role provides support on pre-training preparation and post-training follow up issues, and training on-site monitoring. We encourage our people to rotate in various learning programs to broaden their capability according to their performance behaviour.
Responsibilities
-- Support programme managers to plan and implement the learning and development programmes
-- Set up a high standard for the training preparation
-- Organize the communication with different stakeholders, including instructors, target audience, senior level management and external vendors
-- Track and update training records on learning management system
-- Evaluate the programme result and file the relevant reports regularly
-- Follow up with other ad-hoc tasks by programme managers
Experience
-- Prefer internship/working experience relevant with training assistant, administrator or other supporting function.
-- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
-- Good communication skill and maintain the relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally.
-- Good English written/oral skill and pass the CET 6.
-- Basic knowledge with M/S office skill.
