【招聘职位】猎头顾问(Research Assistant)实习生

【职位介绍】

1.     要求对客户的所在行业和企业进行分析，对不同的岗位需求进行市场信息收集以及研究

2.     对公司信息和岗位说明进行分析，通过不同渠道搜寻合适的候选人，推动筛选流程并与候选人进行电话沟通

3.     通过陌生电话拜访获取目标人选的信息，了解并追踪目标候选者的职业动态及联系方式

4.     推动适合的候选人与客户进行面试并跟进面试的流程和细则，为客户和候选人在招聘过程中遇到问题时提供解决方案

【我们需要】

1. 大三/大四/研二/研三全日制在校生，专业不限理工科优先，需要有英语读写能力

2、沟通能力强，对猎头行业感兴趣，熟悉Office软件

3. 有较强自我学习能力和激励能力，对人才有较高灵敏度

4. 至少一周4天以上的实习时间为佳，表现优异者有转正机会

【Position】CGL Research Assistant Intern

【Location】 32th Floor, International shipping center building, 66 Lianyungang Road, Qingdao

【Job Description】

1. Analyse industry information and client company, collect and research different job requirements.

2. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.

3. Acquire information from target candidates through cold calls, understand and track their career status.

4. Assist consultant to follow up the interview and provide solutions for clients and candidates in the recruitment process.

【We Need】

1. Bachelor degree Year 3/4; Master degree Year 2/3, fluent in spoken and written English.

2. Strong communication skills, interested in the headhunting industry, familiar with Office Software.

3. Strong self-learning ability and motivation, good at talent recruitment.

3. Preferred at least 4 days a week, provide full-time position for outstanding interns .
