Responsibilities:
1. Participate in advanced e-Drive motor control algorithm development;
2. Participate in the simulation and analysis of the control algorithm;
3. Participate in the validation and test of the control algorithm on the testbench;
4. Record the development process, summarize the phased results and share them with the team;
5. Provide timely feedback on development progress and problems encountered, discuss with the team and find solutions;

Requirements:
1. Master or Ph.D. students majoring in control engineering, electrical engineering or other related disciplines;
2. Have experience in cutting-edge control algorithm development (MPC, fuzzy control, parameter identification adaptive control, neural network-based control algorithm), simulation analysis and verification related tools, such as: Matlab/ Simulink/ Dspace / etc.;
3. Basic control or related courses and experience are preferred;
4. C++ or Python programming foundation, embedded experience, basic code reading and writing skills are preferred;
5. Basic understanding of motor and inverter are preferred;
6. Willing to share results and be good at summarizing. Independent, active, with the ability to take the initiative to solve problems;
7. Good English reading and writing skills;
8. Those who can join the job as soon as possible, and those who can practice for 3 months or more are preferred;
