【职位描述】 -Develop and evaluate new hair coloration formulas and shades under the guidance of supervisor. -Assist supervisor in formulating and optimizing formulas, by considering the compatibility, stability, safety and performance of formulas. -Participate in laboratory experiments, closely following the established protocols and documenting results accurately. Ensure a clean and organized workspace. 【职位要求】 4-5 days per week, 6 months availability Master degree or above, major in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Materials or a related field. Strong interests in cosmetic formulation and hair coloration products development. Good skill at lab work and the ability to follow laboratory procedures precisely. Effective communication skills in both written and verbal. Fluent English speaking and writing Ability to work collaboratively with the team.
