1.	Assist Operations manager for inspection of whole school’s food safety, restaurant hygiene, menu reviewing and data collecting assistance.
2.	Payment finance form and check fapiao with correct info by following up monthly accurate
3.	forecast and financial payment schedule to work out a proper payment process from operational side
4.	Arrange Intertek check and internal H&S kitchen inspection every month and follow up with supplier to rectify according to the report in terms of food safety
5.	Performance assessment on related supplying vendors service for service level improvement
6.	Logistic support on schools’ activities and events in terms of transportation and catering services
7.	Ensure that safeguarding, health and safety, and all other College policies are known, understood and embedded into practice·Be flexible to accept other tasks arranged by the manager.
