Job Title: Marketing Intern, North Asia Location: Shanghai Work mode: Hybrid(onsite and remote) & Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, North Asia Intern salary: Based on actual working hours of the day. CNY 200/day Role Overview Objective: The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of our marketing and public relations plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to maximize our brand awareness among the targeting audience. Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Event support -Assist with Regional Marketing Manager on marketing events with logistic support such as event materials preparation, onsite registration and facilitation. -Support on digital platforms such as event registration form set up, post-event survey set up, data check and backend maintenance. Content Creation support -Support on global contents/reports localization with AI tool translation and first draft of proofreading into Mandarin -Support on digital version(pdf) of localized report layout design and content check for the first rounds Automation system support -Pardot email translation and proofread when necessary (important HQ announcement emails to clients and prospects) Social Media support -Support on WeChat post layout formatting when a new post release is necessary. We have a social media calendar with an avg 2 WeChat posts and 2 video releases from official accounts. -Social media graphics editing, short video editing, whenever necessary. Certification Celebration 2027 support -Support on registration portal design, communications with event agency and global team/partners -Onsite execution support with registration, collaterals delivery, merchandise production and check up etc. Miscellaneous & Administrative support -Other ad hoc/miscellaneous admin tasks such as get contracts signed and chopped, documents/m
