职位描述:
Job Summary:

-To maintain the major devices; to improve the end user experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:  

-Undertaking responsibility for evaluation, and technical support of PC/desktop (Windows 7), Networking, and cabling technology.

-Perform helpdesk workflow procedures. Experience in Remote Desktop Tools/support Windows applications/supporting Microsoft Office components.

 

Key Measuring Parameters:

 

Technical capability in responsible area

Good communication skills

Qualifications:

-University / College graduate of IT related discipline with MCSE preferred

-Hands-on knowledge on PC hardware, software, and networking.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge on Windows 7

- Remote Support, VPN, Mcafee Antivirus, Printers Knowledge

-Customer-oriented, proactive and initiative to solve IT problems
