We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support various functions within our HR team.
The main responsibilities include:
Provide support on HR Frontdesk.
Prepare documents and handle daily office tasks (printing, copying, translation).
Collect and organize information across platforms.
Create and edit videos; design posters and newsletters.
Assist with office maintenance.
Support intern recruitment processes.
Provide events and activities support.
Qualifications
Education:
Current undergraduate or graduate student.
Experience:
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Prior HR internship experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong interest in HR functions.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Open-minded, outgoing, and strong leadership potential.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Photoshop and video editing skills; design experience preferred.
Multi-task management skills.
Availability:
Minimum 2 days per week for at least 3 months.
