Job description:
1. Responsible for blue collar labor recruitment, including communication and coordination with suppliers (leasing companies) and user departments, filtering and allocating candidate resources, tracking interview results, and completing employment onboarding processes;
2. Support college and corporation cooperation, eg. Campus promotion, Bosch class selection and etc.
3. Place orders in the system for all staff post changes, organizational structure changes, employee resignations, etc. to fulfill SAP information update;
4. Support the companys employer brand (EVP) activities, including the planning and publicity, coordination and implementation of the activities;
Support all kinds of activities held by HR department, support HR Project and other work arranged by department colleagues.
工作内容:
1. 负责蓝领劳务工招聘,包括与供应商(劳务派遣公司)及用户部门的沟通协调、筛选并分配候选人资源、跟踪面试结果、完成入职前各项流程;
2. 支持校企合作的事项如宣讲,博世班遴选等;
3. 对公司所有员工岗位变更、组织架构变化、员工辞职等进行系统下单以实现SAP信息更新;
4. 支持公司雇主品牌(EVP)活动:包括活动的策划与宣传、协调与执行等;
5. 支持HR部门举办的各类活动,支持HR项目及其他由部门同事安排的工作。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Proficient in Word, Excel and other public software;
3. Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges, fast reaction, flexibility, collaboration;
4. Good English skills, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. Internship at least 6 months, full attendance as far as possible.
