About the Position

Title: Procurement Intern 跟单实习生

这个职位主要负责协助供应链—跟单部门完成相关工作，毕业有转正机会。

Procurement intern supports procurement team of supply chain in Shenzhen Office to update daily files, penalty, and PO creations.

Update weekly consolidation files to France

•  Update volume from suppliers

•  Update QTY for new consolidation

Weekly CO missing checking

•  Inform each department to update missing CO to follow up files

Daily GO-QUALITY checking

•  Check all go quality file to confirm inspected QTY

•  Inform logistic team to release SO

Support the team to create selection & PO

•  Not daily job, just support the team during peak season

Update advertising list to inform each department

Update weekly PO & CO extraction

•  Receive data extraction from EEM on each Monday morning

•  Transfer data extraction into PO & CO extraction to each department

Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Manager
