Job Summary｜岗位概述 This internship position supports power electronics research and development at Eaton Research Labs. The intern will participate in hardware design, performance testing, algorithm debugging, and prototype validation under the guidance of senior engineers. 本岗位负责支持伊顿创新中心的电力电子研发工作。在导师指导下，参与硬件设计、性能测试、算法调试以及样机验证等相关研发活动。 Key Responsibilities｜主要职责 ● Support project design and testing, focusing on hardware circuit design and performance validation. ● 支持项目的设计与实验，主要负责硬件电路设计和性能测试。 ● Assist with DSP or FPGA‑based coding, algorithm debugging, and related tasks. ● 参与基于 DSP 或 FPGA 的代码开发和算法调试工作。 ● Support prototype verification, material/component selection, and communication with suppliers. ● 负责研发样机验证、物料选型以及与供应商沟通对接。 Requirements｜任职要求 ● Postgraduate student majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields preferred. ● 电力电子或相关背景在读硕士研究生优先。 ● Experience in hardware design and testing; familiarity with power electronics converter testing methods is highly preferred. ● 有硬件设计与测试经验者优先，掌握电力电子变换器测试方法者优先。 ● Able to work on‑site 5 days per week; internship duration of 3–6 months. ● 每周可现场实习 5 天，实习期 3–6 个月。
