岗位职责:
1、Responsible for the reception of the company and telephone reception. 负责公司前台接待及电话接转;
2、Responsible for the reception of visitors. 负责来访人员的接待;
3、Timely update and manage contact information such as employee mailing addresses and phone numbers. 及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息;
4、Basic administrative affairs including ordering of office supplies and consumables, arrangement of letters and parcels. 基本行政事务包括办公用品和消耗品的订购、信件、包裹的安排;
5、Management of some administrative suppliers. 部分行政供应商的管理;
6、Complete the other affairs work given by the superior. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
职位要求:
1、College degree or above, administration-related majors preferred. Graduates of 2027 are given priority.大专及以上学历,行政相关专业优先;2027年的毕业生优先
2、Good copywriting skills and communication and expression skills. 具有较好的文案能力及沟通表达能力;
3、Working in an organized and logical manner, with good professionalism and ethics. 工作有条理、具有逻辑性、具备良好的职业素养和职业操守;
4、Good planning and execution skills, coordination skills and interpersonal communication skills. 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力;
5、Proactive, team-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under strong pressure. 积极主动,具备团队 意识,具有高度的责任心,能够承受较强的工作压力。
