Main Task：

1. Track the order and update data in ERP systems.

物流订单跟踪及ERP系统数据录入

2. Communicate and keep Sales/Purchasing Division informed of any issues or changes in the shipment.

与销售和采购部门保持沟通并告知装船的任何异常情况

3. Coordinate internal and shipping company to ensure products can be delivered in time.

协调内部和船公司以保证货物及时送达

4. Prepare logistics documents

准备物流相关文件

5. Assist shipping market research & team report with EXCEL and PPT

协助完成海运市场研究和小组报告

Requirements:

岗位要求

1. Excellent reading and writing in English,CET-6 ≥520.

英文读写能力好,CET-6 ≥520。

2. Major in International economic and trade.

国际经济与贸易专业。

3. Patient and be skillful for interpersonal communication. 

工作耐心，有良好的沟通能力。

4. Must be available for at least 3 days a week for 3 months (Mandatory)

一周至少工作三天，工作三个月及以上，可以尽快入职
