Job Description :
1.Contact customers to confirm clearance modes, and assist customer to prepare clearance documents.
2.Handle inbound calls for clearance inquiries or other Customs /CIQ regulations/procedures.
3.Update exception/status codes in the system timely .
4.Prepare clearance documents and input related information in the system.
5.Keep customers posted if any clearance exception occurs.
6.Attend clearance inquiry emails timely.
7.Attend ECM, get back to customers on a timely manner.
8.Inform customers of duty/tax details and contact customers on payment issues.
9.Coordinate with brokerage team or other functions for exception cases.
10.Complete 1st audit on formal entry declaration sheets.
11.Analyze the root causes on Customer concerns and make action plans to provide a better solution.
Requirement:
1.Associate degree or above 2.Good command of English 3.Related experience for Customs & Broker
