Detailed Description of Job Contents:
Regular tasks:
-Support on customer claim related handling
-Support on credit note issuance, dealer claim parts system operation
-Support on vendor claim related handling
-Support on part supersession system maintenance
-Support on invalid documentation management of TRP parts
-Collect and Track TRP parts (remote key & workshop key) which are sent back from dealers
-Coordinate and track issue parts with relevant technical analysis
-Support on other business daily operation, department coordination
-Support on team meeting organization, workshop and other Team administration related issues etc.
-Follow supervisor work assignment
Qualification Requirement (Major, Language, etc.):
-Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
-Be carefully and patient
-Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
-Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel, PPT and Outlook
