Purpose of the role
We’re looking for motivated graduate/ undergraduate candidates for our E-commerce team, mainly responsible for Fliggy channel. This role will support the manager of Fliggy channel for the flagship store management and daily operations. This role will allows you to gain thorough understandings on e-commerce platforms in travel industry, and give you some real experiences in managing complex sales/ e-commerce projects.
Job Description

Support Fliggy store campaign launch, work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth executions.

Assist the daily communication with third parties, help to follow up some of the operational details, to make sure the pending cases are timely completed.

Support Fliggy flagship Store daily operation details and make sure the accuracy of published contents

Routinely conduct competitor analysis from all e-commerce platforms, provide insights on actions to take

Assist to analyze the store daily/ weekly/ monthly performances

Collect and research into customer reviews in the store, help to improve the store scores

Strong creativity in providing ideas about how to better display Club Med products, and promotion messages on Fliggy store
Requirements

Internship period: 6 months- 12 months

Junior or Senior student from any discipline, marketing, business administrations, business analytics, is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Familiar with China e-commerce platforms, experiences in Tmall/Fliggy platform is a plus

Strong data analytical skill is required

Highly organized and excellent attention to details
